Food & Breakfast
Start every surf day with a fresh, filling breakfast on the terrace. We keep it simple, healthy, and tasty so you have steady energy for long sessions.
- Daily breakfast spread
- Beach lunch
- Evening dinners (optional): We host cozy tagine or couscous nights several times a week, or we’ll recommend great local spots nearby.
Please tell us your preferences when you book, and our team is happy to adapt. Examples we often serve:
- Vegetarian: vegetable tagine with olives & preserved lemon, lentil/veg harira (on request), grilled veggie couscous, tomato–cucumber salads with local herbs.
- Vegan: chickpea & pumpkin tagine, Zaalouk (warm aubergine & tomato salad), quinoa/bean bowls with argan oil, fruit platters, hummus with olive oil & cumin.
- Allergies & intolerances: we can suggest dairy-free, egg-free, or gluten-aware options (note: Moroccan kitchens commonly handle wheat, please let us know your needs so we can minimize cross-contact).
In short, we keep meals fresh, local, and nourishing, the kind of food that helps you recover and surf better the next day.
